If a property management company or developer has engaged Synergy Fiber to provide services at your property, we may share relevant account, support, or system information with that property management entity in connection with our services.

4.4 Legal and compliance

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Synergy Fiber, our users, or the public.

4.5 Business transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via the Site or by email before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
